Thin granite panels ( thin granite veneer panel ) are easy to install and good for environment since it saves natural source.
The sizes are suitable for fixing on wall because it is very light and easy to handle. It also saves glue and doesn’t have high requirement on workers because the tiles are light.Supposed the tiles are thick, the workers should be careful to handle and the tiles could not be glued for long time.
The thickness are close to ceramic tiles. So it could be used to replace ceramic tiles.
The ultra thin veneers have all other virtue of granite. Because top of thin veneers are made of natural granite .
It saves sea freight as you could image though at present the sea freight is high on the market. We are now improving the technology to do thin granite veneer panel , the biggest sizes can be 2400 mm x 1200 mm ( 96 inch x 48 inch ) ,thickness 7mm , 9mm etc. All the technology is exclusive by our factory. Our cutting way is different from current cutting machines. We are able to polish and do thickness control on such thin tiles.
The ultra thin stone panels ( thin stone veneer panels , thin granite veneer , thin marble veneer ) have market in USA, Japan, Korea , Austria etc. . Some years before, some Chinese companies have imported the ultra thin tiles from USA for a Shanghai project. It is suitable for Super high building. Now we could produce and export to USA and Europe with technology improved.
